1. Eligibility for Returns
You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

We will then issue a prepaid return label for your convenience. Please note that the cost of return shipping is your responsibility, and this may be deducted from your final refund unless otherwise stated.

Please allow for standard bank processing times once the refund has been issued.
5. Damaged or Defective Items

8. Final Sale or Promotional Items
Currently, Neuvi does not classify any items as non-returnable, including sale items. If this changes, the policy will be updated accordingly.
9. Customer Responsibility
Please ensure the product is packaged securely for return. We cannot refund or replace items that are damaged due to poor packaging during the return shipment.
10. Age Requirement
By purchasing from Neuvi, you confirm that you are 18 years or older, as our supplements are intended for adult use only.
