We currently ship only within the United Kingdom.
At this time, we do not offer international shipping.

Orders placed before 3:00 PM (UK time) on business days are dispatched the same day.

Orders placed after 3:00 PM, or on weekends and public holidays, are dispatched the next working day.

Each order is carefully packed to ensure it arrives in perfect condition.
3. Shipping Methods & Carriers
We use Royal Mail Tracked 24 or Royal Mail Tracked 48, depending on availability.
You will receive a tracking number once your order has been dispatched.
4. Delivery Estimates

Standard delivery takes 1–3 working days from dispatch.

6. Lost or Delayed Packages

Neuvi takes full responsibility for packages lost in transit within the UK.

If your package is lost or delayed beyond a reasonable timeframe, we will replace or refund your order free of charge.
Please contact our support team if your tracking shows a delay or your package has not arrived.

8. Subscription Orders

Subscription deliveries follow the same processing and shipping timelines as one-time orders.

Each subscription order is billed every 18 days to ensure you never miss a dose of your supplement routine.
